Overview:

We are seeking for Accounts Clerk/Admin Assistant to join our team ASAP. This will suit a self-driven, organised individual who can establish and maintain relationships across different departments while maintaining the flexibility to work across several duties simultaneously and manage multiple deadlines. You will be working within a close-knit team with potential career growth.

Key Responsibility:

Process and manage incoming and outgoing invoices accurately and on time

Maintain organized records of financial transactions and documentation

Assist in account reconciliations and report generation

Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve invoice-related issues

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures

Maintain orderly financial filling system

Other accounts and administration duties as directed

Qualifications:

Good accounting knowledge

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with accounting/invoice software is a plus

Strong organizational and communication skills
