Responsible for daily update of Account entries in MARG Software
· Voucher generation (Cash, Journal and bank) and filling
· Petty cash
· Day book
· All payments & Cheque Issuance
· Bank reconciliation
· Payments of expenses
· GST Returns register and GST Returns preparation
Sales Invoice Issuance
Follo up for outstanding with Managers
· Record keeping – banks/ purchases/ payments
· Co-ordination with Chartered Accountant
· Audit by Chartered Accountant
· MIS generation for sales and Outstanding for Management
· Back-up of data
