Education:- B.COM,M.COM
Experience - 4 yrs to 6 yrs
Salary - 4 LPA TO 4.2 LPA

Job Description:-
1]Daily Activities/ WorkA) Routine:
a) Checking and verifying vouchers-Journal voucher, Purchase voucher, Payments Voucher, Exps. Sheet- As per travel policy.
b) Checking invoices - Rate, GRN , PO, Rate of taxes, rejection
c) Checking and verifying cash transactions & counting of cash weekly.
d) Providing rejection material debit detail to store dept. & Purchase dept. to execute dispatching activity of rejection material to respective supplier.
e) Monitoring INR & other currency related transactions.
f) Monitoring for proper filing of account books & documents (Purchase invoices, Debit note, Credit note, Bank voucher, BRS , Statutory returns etc.)
B) Booking:
a) Job work invoices booking after checking GRN inspection status & PO Rate. e) Monthly GST refund claim entries. f) Sale invoices- Domestic, Export, Service invoice, recovery invoices.
2] MIS.
3] Accounts Payable & Insurance:
4] Receivables & Bank:
5] Statutory Compliance: a) TDS Return filing. b) Prepare Monthly statement for TDS payment. c) GST-ITC 04. d) Follow-up with Supplier related non-compliance of GST return & GST invoice uploading. e) Correction TDS queries (Defaulter) of Govt. through online on Traces. f) Follow up with supplier related GST compliance.
6] Audit:
7] Activity suggested by HOD: It may be any specific activity.
8] Coordinate with all dept. (Purchase, Store, QC, HR and EXIM) regarding Advance Payments, monthly bills and statutory compliance
