Creation of PR for all requirements
Follow up with Procurement team for timely POs
Sending POs to accounts team for advance payment
Sending POs to vendors and follow up for timely delivery of goods / services
2Invoice
submission and
vendor
payments for
Capex.
Follow up with vendors for submission of invoices.
Validation of invoice as per auditors report
Creation of SRN post validation of invoice
Follow up with approver to approve the invoices
Submission of approved invoices to accounts team.
Follow up with accounts team for advance/ final payments.
3 MIS
Maintaining and circulating Trackers - PR to PO tracker, Advance Payment Tracker,
Invoice Submission to Payment Tracker, Store Development Tracker (BOQ Date -
PR Date - PO Date - Completion of Work Date.
