AB resorts and restaurants (ABRR) is the hospitality division of AB Business Enterprises, which has two major divisions- Industrial catering and Events. The mission of our food chain is to deliver conceptualized cuisine of the highest quality at affordable prices.
Job description for Accounts Executive
X Will be responsible for regular and timely remittance of office collections
X Will be responsible for initiating timely action on the defaulters
X Will be responsible for periodical review of To pay inward at all offices, to ensure that all such inwards are realized and remitted.
X Will be responsible for arranging periodical inspection of all branches.
X Will be responsible for supervising the Accounts Executives and Travelling Auditors.
X Will be responsible for watching timely receipt of statements from all offices.
X Will be responsible for Submitting MIS to the Directors monthly.
X Will be responsible for follow up on collections.
X Will be responsible for checking the outstanding from all branches and to take act appropriate action against the defaulters.
X Will be responsible for arranging payments for Agency commission in fixed time.
X Will be responsible for Daily cash flow and fund allocation.
