We are looking to hire Accounts and Finance Executive.
Following are the credentials we are looking for.
Work Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Qualifications: Any Graduate
Joining Requirement: Immediate
Location: Nahur East
Address: YT Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, 2nd Floor, Der Deusche Parkz, Subhash Nagar Rd, Near Nahur Station, Nahur West, Industrial Area Maharashtra 401208.
Job Responsibilities:
Preparation of weekly and monthly Collection reports, Cash flow, Revenue report
Daily operation expense (site wise)
Processing monthly sales billing -Pan India timely (As per contract)
Ensuring invoice submission to client by team and resolve query (machine breakdown, invoice value mismatched calculation, Tax matter), Ledger scrutiny.
Preparation of data for filing TDS return, Filing of TDS Return & evaluating computation of TDS working on monthly of payment of TDS. Correction of TDS return.
Tracking contract's Expiry and inform to concern department
Preparation of working for GST Annual Return / Audit.
Reconciliation (Bank, Customer & Vendor) Analysis of Debtor & Creditor ageing.
Working towards project revenue billing & Reimbursement
Maintaining project agreement records
Following up for booking of vendor bills and tracking bank payments
Updating vendor contract or agreements record as well as bank payments, FD creation and related accounting
Creating MIS report
Performing scrutinization and reconciliation of corporate bills
Assist month-end and closing and reporting activities to ensure the final P&L and Balanced Sheet is correct
