Urgently required an Accounts Executive in a reputed Online Shopping Firm based on Kolkata.
Responsibilities and Duties
Banking related work, reconciliation work.
Assignments related to import duties / licenses as & when needed.
Handle income tax related matter i.e., timely payment of income tax / service taxes pertaining to particular financial year, filing of returns in stipulated time.
Should have hands on experience in TDS matters.
Handle petty cash matter for day to day transactions.
Preparation of relevant vouchers & invoices.
Preparation and finalization of Quarterly/monthly reports.
Accounts Receivable/ payable
Interact with Suppliers: Issue PO, Follow for delivery and make Payments.English (Required)
