About the role:

It is an exiting position with Australian Construction Firm. The position will be directly working with the

client in a customer facing role.

What you will do:
• Work with Australian Construction Firm
• Timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices, expense reimbursements etc
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions
• Liaise with vendors for account reconciliation, respond to the queries on payment update
• Verify invoices against supporting documentation, correspond purchase orders or contracts
• Review all invoices, ensuring accurate coding of expenses and check for approval prior to payment
• Prepare weekly payment runs
• Reconcile suppliers’ statements to the accounts payable record
• Facilitate setting up new creditor accounts in the system, completing credit applications and approval process
• Management of daily cashflow tracking
• Liase with Site Managers for all invoice queries and invoice signing
• Bank and accounts reconciliations
• Supplier and Contractor Compliance Review
• Other ad-hoc tasks as per client requirements

• Xero
• DEXT (Preferred, but not compulsory)
• BuildExact (Preferred, but not compulsory)
• MS Office
• MS 365 Suite
