Experience: 2 to 5 years above.

Key Responsibilities
• Handling Day to Day accounting Activities, maintaining petty cash
• Responsible for preparing financial and management reports like Balance Sheet, Profit Loss
• statement, Preparing Sales Report
• Bank petty cash reconciliation for every month.
• Preparing PI Sales Invoices, Purchase orders, preparing vendors payment according to payment terms
• Supervision of bank related work.
• Develop and manage external financial relationships (e.g.-Banks, Auditors)
• Preparing TDS Summary On Monthly Basis their payments
• Preparing monthly Budget yearly budget and comparing monthly budgeted Expenses Vs Actual Expenses.
• Handling Ageing of Account Payable Account Receivable with grouping report.
• Vendors Customers Reconciliation.
• Handling country manager accounts their Reconciliation,
• Maintain attendance record Preparing Salary Sheet, Incentive Sheet Employees
• Reimbursement their advances
• Preparing GST Summary on monthly Basis Reconciled Data with GST Portal maintain the record GST Payment
• Preparing MIS Report (like Country Wise profit loss Statement, Product wise Sales Report
