Job Description
• Maintaining & monitoring Fund Position of all Banks on daily basis.
• Reconciliation of Expenses ledgers/Cost centers routed in proper head & preparing MIS report.
• NEFT/RTGS/IMPS Online vendor payments & Fund Transfers of all Banks.
• Preparing Bank Reconciliation statement.
• Monthly Remittance of TDS / GST / PF/PT scheduling in online processing
• Coordination with Bank for Foreign Remittances & required documentation.
• Making of online payments of salaries, utility, custom duty etc.
• Liaison with Bankers for payments, LC, Bank Guarantee, Forward Contract & other required formalities of banks.
• Interest calculation checking for Loan & FD Statements
• Responsible for Vendors payments & related matters.
