Accounts Executive

Experience : 3+years

Knowlege of GST is mandatory

Location: Peenya, Bangalore

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Cash receivable

· Petty cash management

· Sales invoice generations

· Closer of book of accounts on monthly basis

· Debtors, Creditors, Bank Reconciliation.

· Should have knowledge of Balance Sheet, Finalization, GST & Direct Taxation.

· Ensuring Bank Reconciliation is done on daily basis..

· Preparation of various MIS, Group Master Data updating.

· Preparation and finalization of Financial Statements

· Recording and maintaining accurate financial records, such as invoices, receipts, and transactions

· Supporting internal and external audits

· Interfacing with other departments and stakeholders to resolve financial issues

· Generating, Delivery Challan, Booking Sale Orders, E Invoicing for the company followed by preparing E waybill for movement of goods (Dispatch/receipt) wherever required and to ensure necessary documents are in place before billing.

· Updating of Collection receipt entries in Tally everyday

· Verifying purchases and expense statements

· Audit weekly to check whether all DCs have been billed.

· Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

· Updating of Collection receipt entries in Tally everyday

· Generating age wise outstanding report of Debtors (Weekly) for collection meeting.

· Customer account reconciliation on fortnightly basis

· Taking insurance for employees and company vehicles. Follow up with insurance company for policies and claims if any. Keeping track of Insurance due dates for stock, office assets, building and ensuring renewal of the same before expiry of the policy.
