Job Responsibilities:
Maintaining accounts record, complying with FEMA/ GST/ Income Tax & Companies Act, monthly & year-end accounts closure
Excel and tally knowledge
Accounts Payable
Shipment Documents
Post Shipment Documents
Bill checking
handling day to day Entry of cash & Bank transactions
General accounting
Cash handling
Monthly closure of books and reports
Reconciliation
Generate MIS Reports
Miscellaneous Working Reports
Costing
Analysis
Responsibilities and Duties
Practical Exposure Require :
Opening & Closing of Advance License processing for Import & Export Material
Knowledge of MEIS Scheme
Preparation & submission of Export documentation
Maintaining and Submission of Proof of Export
Independently handling Duty Draw Back & Rebate Claim.
Maintain Export-Import Shipment details
Submission of Rebate Claim & Necessary follow up
Import-Export transactions – Making Clearance documents as well as submit to bank & party
Handle & correspond all the transactions with Bank.
Preparation of Bank Export Realization Certificate ( BRC)
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Education: Must be Graduate or MBA
Experience: 6 to 10 Yrs
From Export garments Industries will be preferred.
