Position Overview:
Nobtech Enterprises is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant with 2-3 years of experience to manage financial records, maintain accurate accounts, and assist with daily accounting functions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be able to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers and journals.
Process invoices, receipts, and payments efficiently.
Prepare and reconcile monthly bank and cash transactions.
Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements.
Monitor expenses, perform cost analysis, and ensure budget adherence.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Handle payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
Coordinate with external auditors for financial audits as needed.
Assist with inventory management and cost accounting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
