Job Role: Accounts Executive Finance
Experience: - 2-4 yrs. of work experience.
Location: – Bengaluru, Karnataka.
About the role:
1. Regular data accounting entries in Tally Prime. Participate in the Accounting and reporting functions for India operations.
2. Preparation of Bank reconciliation and update of regular payments and receipts entries. Also, handled banking activities (online & offline banking processes for conducting day-to-day activities)
3. GL-wise reconciliation on a monthly basis to help to export effective financial reports.
4. Creation of Purchase Order and GST sales invoice in Tally Prime.
5. Preparation of weekly payment files for processing payments.
6. Fixed Assets and depreciation calculation on the WDV method on a monthly basis
7. Identify, measure, and record all business transactions of India operations.
8. Quarterly TDS Returns of salary(employees) & non salary (vendors)
+. Monthly GST Returns – GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Yearly Return-GSTR-+ & Input tax credit reconciliation with GSTR-2A & 2B
10. Addressing auditor queries and preparation of audit-related schedules.
11. Support the Company's other functions within the Finance umbrella including preparing Cash flow, Statutory Audit, MIS, etc.
12. Inventory Management – Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt Note, Purchase Expenses to accounting software.
13. Timely maintain the stocks inward and outward (stock journal) on a monthly basis to provide financial reports. 14. Cost of sales & closing stock inventory posting on a monthly basis.
15. Preparation of ad hoc MIS reports based on management requirements.
16. Quick book online accounting & reporting is added advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• 2+ years’ related experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience working with general ledgers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Proficient with ERP systems, including Microsoft Office
• Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
