Roles & Responsibilities:
Planning financial budgets to increase the operational efficiency of the organization
Monitor the cash-flow of the Organisation by monitoring income, expenditure, and investments
Maintain receipts and records for all the business transactions
Maintaining Employee attendance and payroll activities
Should have knowledge on PF, ESI, TDS & Medical Insurance
Preparing financial reports and evaluating them to optimize resources
Preparing balance sheet, invoices, etc
Monitoring transactions, identifying irregularities in invoices, monitor bank deposits and payments, etc.
Identifying areas of cost-reduction to maximize profit is one of the key responsibility that should be included in finance executive job description
Assisting the managerial team in budgeting, taxes, and investments
Monitor the economic and financial changes
Assist in financial audits
Performing regular financial analysis; resolving issues
Responsible for SEZ related Activities & Government Liasoning of labour Inspector & SEZ AO
Preparing monthly SEZ related reports like procurement, softex, etc,.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or its equivalent
Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience as a finance executive or in a similar role
Sharp eye for identifying irregularities
Excellent analytical abilities
Excellent knowledge of financial and taxation regulations, laws, and any changes thereof
Good verbal and written communication skills

Salary: ₹220,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
