Description

Accounting Duties:

1. Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income, and expense statements.

2. Reconcile account balances and bank statements, maintain the general ledger, and prepare month-end close procedures.

3. Conduct financial audits of business processes and operations.

4. Manage and monitor client invoices, payments, and credit balances.

5. Assist in the preparation of budgets or forecasts.

6. Collaborate with the management team on the development of financial plans.

7. Implement and uphold financial policies and regulations.

8. Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams.

9. Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities, including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts.

10. Coordinate with tax professionals and submit tax forms and payments on time.

HR/Administrative Duties:

1. Support HR-related inquiries or requests.

2. Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.

3. Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.

4. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.

5. Coordinate training sessions and seminars.

6. Perform orientations and update records of new staff.

7. Assist the payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules).

8. Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, and maintain agendas.

9. Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.).

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field.

2. Proven work experience as an Accounts Executive, HR Administrator, or similar role.

3. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, labor laws, and disciplinary procedures.

4. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases, and accounting software; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.

5. Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.

6. An analytical mind with a strategic ability.

7. Excellent math skills with an attention to detail.

8. Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills.

9. Ability to handle data with confidentiality.

10. Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
