Must have 4yrs of experience into accounting
Generating and processing of Invoices
Bank reconciliation process on monthly basis.
Must be well versed with advanced MS Excel
Must have experience in Tally ERP
Salaries verification and Processing and Payments done by PO and Non PO Basis.
Bank Related works like BG’s, ODI (Overseas Direct Investment), Using Online Banking Transactions, Preparing cheques, preparing all types of Loan related documents.
Verification and alteration of financial data and Personal data (Using Tally).
Filing of Professional tax and TDS returns for Monthly.
Data preparing for GSTR1 and 3B filling monthly and quarterly.
Creating and Maintaining Revenue vs. Expenditure Sheets.
Preparation of Quarterly and Yearly Filling TDS Returns (16 and 16A) and GSTR+ returns.
Assisted with audit preparation and closing reports of all companies.
Company Secretary Works (like, Shareholder certificate, Directors (DIN) renewal works, Company closing works, and Documentation Works).
Petty cash verification for weekly and Monthly.
Supervising the Office Maintenance and Outside works.
Handling Registration and renewal works like DSC, PT, and GST.
Yearly ISO Audit documents preparation and Renewal works.

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
