Job Overview: JET INDIA is seeking a skilled and experienced Sr. Finance and Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Accounting, Finance and Banking Operations. Proficiency in Tally Prime and Excel is essential. This role requires excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cash Flow & Financial Management:

Monitor and Manage the Company’s Cash Flow for Various Segments.
Assist in fund forecasting and ensure timely availability of funds.
Ensure smooth and timely payments for Vendors, Suppliers, and Contractors.
2. Receivables & Payables:

Track Receivables and Payables and Accordingly Plan Fund Allocations.
3. Financial Reporting & Documentation:

Prepare and maintain Financial reports (MIS reports).
Track company Expenses, Invoices, and Cash Flow.
4. Supporting the Managing Director:

Assist in Financial planning and Business growth strategies.
Coordinate with different departments for Commercial Operations.
5. Banking Operations:

Review banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.
6. Tally Prime:

Utilize Tally Prime for all accounting activities.
7. Excel Proficiency:

Develop and maintain reports in Excel.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience of 4-5 years in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Cash and fund Management.
Proficiency in Tally Prime and advanced Excel skills.
