Job Description: Accounts Executive
Position Summary
The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate accounting records, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role involves handling accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, preparing financial reports, and assisting in budgeting and tax preparation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Transactions & Accounting
Process invoices, payments, and receipts for vendors and clients.
Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
2. Financial Reporting & Analysis
Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking.
Monitor and analyze financial data to improve business performance.
3. Taxation & Compliance
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including GST/VAT, TDS, and corporate tax.
Maintain accurate financial records in line with statutory and company policies.
4. Coordination & Communication
Work closely with internal departments to manage financial transactions and reporting.
Coordinate with banks, vendors, and clients regarding financial matters.
Qualifications & Skills Required Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Experience with accounting software Tally.
