Responsibilities and Duties
Executive Accounts is responsible for the preparation of consolidated financial and/ or regulatory reporting from a legal entity perspective for internal and external bodies, in accordance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
This position is primarily responsible for accounts payable, recording receipts, preparing bank deposits, making general ledger entries, reconciling accounts and providing customer service.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Perform a variety of clerical routine accounting work and ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
Assist manager accounting with daily banking requirements
To perform bank compliance activities in a timely and accurate manner
Preparing budget and other MIS under the guidance of reporting Manager
Responds to inquiries from other employees regarding pay
Estimating the expenditure of a Garment/Fabric and the subsequent price.
Assisting, merchandising team with garment costing
Keeping past and current records of the Company in relation pay & transactions
Collect payments on past due bills and follow up for payments
Work as an internal auditor for the company to support the external auditor
Provide account/ financial information to the top manager
Support senior manager as per the requirements
