Job Position: Accounts Executive.

Openings: 1-Male (Accountant)

Mandatory Qualifications:

Commerce Graduate Degree.
Minimum 1 year experience in Accounts domain
Proficient in English & Hindi Language: Written & Verbal.
Proficient in MS Office
Mandatory Skills:

Must be efficient in data entries.
Must be able to draft letters in English.
Must have a good typing speed.
Must be fluent in using of MS Excel and Word.
Should be able to ride a bike.for male.
Must be good at problem solving.
Shall be punctual and follow instructions thoroughly and carefully.
Must be good at organizing and tracking all documentations.
Ability to meet deadlines in any given situation.
He must also be able to think outside the box, and must be meticulous and shall provide attention to detail.
Ability to build strong relationships and positively influence clients and colleagues.
Is trustworthy, has discretion when handling confidential information.

Candidate Work Profile

Accounts Executive Work Profile (Not limited to the following mentioned responsibilities):

Book Keeping:
Fluent in all types of Data Entry in Tally ERP9.
All expense booking.
Sales and Purchase Entry Booking.
TDS, GST, PF, PT and ESIC or any other tax Entries booking.
Maintaining and Filing of Documents in a systematic manner.
Passing entries for import and foreign currency transactions.
Bank Reconciliation.
Payroll entries booking.
Banking:
Preparing cheques, Demand Drafts, Drafting letters for communication with the Bank.
Preparation of documents for foreign remittance & bank guarantee.
Visits to bank for banking related work.
Preparation of documentation for the issuance of Bank Guarantee, Stand-by letter of credit and foreign remittance documents.
Taxation:
Preparation of TDS and GST working, making their payments and filing returns.
Coordinating with the CA and CS for the preparation of Annual Returns of prescribed ROC compliances.
Making preparations for the Statutory and GST audit and coordinating with the CA.
Finalisation of Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss.
