Job Title: Accounts & Finance Executive
Location: Saki Naka, Andheri (E), Mumbai (Work from Office)
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 3–5 Years
About the Role
Red Rock India is looking for a Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, compliance, and financial tracking. This role requires someone who can maintain accurate books while also supporting basic financial reporting and project-level profitability tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
• Client invoicing and accounts receivable tracking
• Vendor bill processing and payment management
• Daily bookkeeping in Tally
• Bank and ledger reconciliations
• Support GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) with CA
• Assist in TDS, PT compliance and returns
Reporting
• Receivables & payables ageing
• Expense tracking
• Project-wise P&L reporting
Commercial & Documentation
• Support in government tender documentation and submissions
• Maintain and track client agreements, contracts, and renewals
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance for ongoing projects
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 2–3 years of relevant experience (CA firm / SME preferred)
• Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organisational and time management skills
Compensation
₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
