About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated finance professional (MBA Finance / Chartered Accountant) from reputed Institutes top-tier schools. The ideal candidate should bring proven expertise in financial planning, business modeling, cash flow management, budgeting, and fundraising, with an excellent track record of driving financial strategies aligned with business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and monitor business plans, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
Build, review, and maintain robust financial models to support decision-making.
Track company performance against financial goals and prepare variance analysis.
Manage end-to-end activities including liaising with banks, investors, and financial institutions.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Partner with senior management for strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
Prepare MIS reports, presentations, and financial dashboards for leadership.
Drive process improvements and automation within finance functions.
Key Requirements:
MBA (Finance) / Chartered Accountant (CA) from reputed institutes.
3–5 years of progressive experience in finance roles, preferably with exposure to corporate finance, financial planning & analysis
Strong understanding of business plans, cash flow management, financial modeling, and budgeting processes.
Demonstrated ability to raise funds and manage relationships with investors, banks, and other stakeholders.
Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
