Job Description:
Overviewing Accounting & Book Keeping Team: The Accounts & Finance Manager oversees the Responsibilities accounting and bookkeeping team, ensuring that financial transactions are recorded ac Overviewing Accounting & Book Keeping Team: The Accounts &Finance Manager oversees the accounting and bookkeeping team, ensuring that financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
Develop and manage annual budgets: The Accounts & Finance Manager develops and manages the company's annual budget, working closely with other departments to ensure that financial resources are allocated appropriately.
Making of MIS Report: The Accounts & Finance Manager prepares management information system (MIS) reports, providing insights and analysis on financial performance to senior management.
Prepare and maintain cash flow analysis: The Accounts & Finance Manager prepares and maintains cash flow analysis, ensuring that the company has enough cash on hand to meet its obligations.
Prepare & Analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement):The Accounts & Finance Manager prepares andanalyzes monthly financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows.
Set Collection Targets & coordination with collection Team: The Accounts & Finance Manager sets collection targets and coordinates with the collection team to ensure timely collections.
Deposits, disbursement and grant reporting requests and income Statement accounts on monthly/ quarterly basis as closing schedule: The Accounts & Finance Manager ensures timely deposits, disbursements, and grant reporting requests, and prepares income statement accounts on a monthly/ quarterly basis.
Ensuring tax Compliance are done timely: The Accounts & Finance Manager ensures that the company complies with all relevant tax regulations, filing tax returns and minimizing tax liabilities.
Assist in preparing year-end books for audit: The Accounts & Finance Manager assists in preparing year-end books for audit, ensuring that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures and regulations for any necessary entities: The Accounts & Finance Manager ensures operational compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations for any necessary entities, ensuring that the company operates within legal and regulatory boundaries.
Financial acumen: Strong understanding of financial Required Skills / Abilities: concepts, including accounting principles, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Analytical skills: Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends and patterns, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Leadership skills: Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and manage a team, delegate tasks, and provide guidance and support.
