Accounts Head |Commercial

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our company as an Accounts Head (Commercial). As the Accounts Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial accounting operations and financial activities of the organization. Your primary goal will be to ensure accurate financial reporting, efficient financial management, and adherence to relevant regulations and standards. This is a key leadership role that requires strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent management skills. All commercial activities including GST , TDS, Finalisation of Balance sheet and Statutory compliance of ROC , Inventory Control and MIS Monitoring and reporting of accounts.

Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

· Develop and implement financial strategies and procedures to drive efficient and effective commercial accounting operations.

· Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

· Monitor financial performance and provide insights to the management team for decision-making.

· Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk through effective planning and control measures.

Compliance and Reporting:

· Ensure compliance with accounting principles, statutory requirements, and relevant regulations.

· Coordinate and oversee the preparation of tax returns, financial audits, and other external reporting obligations.

· Provide guidance and support to the finance team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Team Leadership and Development:

· Lead and manage the commercial accounting team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring.

· Set performance goals, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Management:

· Liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.

· Build strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and vendors to facilitate smooth financial operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Master’s in accounting/Inter CA/CA/Inter ICWA/ICWA is required.

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a commercial accounting or finance leadership position.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial management, and relevant regulations.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
