Abhi Vairavan’s Plumbing Co is located in Chennai Tamil Nadu, We are retailing and whole selling of sanitary wares, Tiles, Plumbing materials and Bathroom fittings.
We are looking candidates for the post of Accounts Junior in Chennai with an experience of 3 to 5 years.
Job Description:
. Maintain all records of accounts like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments.
. Payroll payment as per HR list
. Bank Reconciliation, Payment Process.
. Monthly GST Working.
. GST on Expenses JV should be checked and accounted as per GSTR2B after collecting bills
. Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors & Creditors
. Stock Checking.
. Cash Expenses analysis and comparison
. Suppliers CRN/DBN accounting
. Banking works like a Cheques issue for clearing Cash Deposit, NEFT, and RTGS
. Prepare Stock statement to Axis bank
. Handling to all Sales Tax & Income Tax work like C, H, and Forms Issue from the Sales Tax Department.
. Handling to Day-to-Day Accounting
. Knowledge in EPF,ESI and other statutory compliance
. Finalization of Accounts, Statement of Accounts, Debtors Controls Accounts, Buffer Accounts, Balance sheet Statement, Consumption Charts, Trails Balance, work, Scrutiny of Desperation, Fixed Assets.
. Tally ERP.
Responsibilities and Duties:
. Qualification - B,com or Any degree
. Experience -3 to 5 Years in Accounts
. Gender- Both
. Salary - 15K to 23K
