WE ARE HIRING EXECUTIVE ACCOUNTS MANAGER FOR OUR ORGANIZATION SPECTRUM GLOBAL PROJECTS PVT LTD

· WORKING HOURS: 10:30 T0 7:30 PM
Job Description – Accounts Manager
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and institutional clients with trade finance and forex needs.
· Provide expert advice and customized solutions on Bank Guarantees, Standby LCs, Performance Guarantees, Bid Bonds, etc.
· Collaborate with internal teams (treasury, trade operations, legal) to structure and execute trade finance and FX deals.
· Handle end-to-end accounting for export transactions, including sales invoicing in foreign currencies, booking freight, insurance, and commission expenses.
· Prepare and verify export-related documents such as Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Shipping Bills, and Bank Realization Certificates (BRCs).
· Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and customs regulations applicable to export sales
· Maintain accurate records of export incentives like Duty Drawback, MEIS, RoDTEP, etc.
· Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST on exports, and foreign exchange regulations (FEMA).
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in trade finance, foreign exchange, or corporate banking.
In-depth understanding of Bank Guarantees, Forex Products, and Trade Finance instruments.
