Job Description in brief: Accounts Manager is responsible for efficiently managing the day-to-day financial operations of the organisation , coordinate with the sales and service teams for accurate invoicing and financial records,payable s , receivables,oversee the accounts team, and ensure timely preparation and payment of salaries of the staff and submission of statutory compliance like PF , ESIC and GST chalans, Income Tax, reconcile data with the banks, project funding , preparation of balance sheet in coordination with the Chartered Accountant

Educational Qualification : B Com/MCom/CA Intermediate with Tally certification with minimum 6 Years experience
Work Experience : With minimum 3 years’ experience handling accounts and finance a mid scale business in Healthcare Industry/Hospital Industry
Must have Competencies:
B Com/MCom/CA Intermediate with Tally certification with minimum four Years of experience in Hands on experience in operations of accounts of the any organisation with turnover more than Rs 50-60 Cr
Well-versed with GST, TDS, PT, PF and ESIC Compliance and compliance for Income Tax .
Good knowledge of balance sheet and accounting processes like maintaining General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash & Bank, Projects, Fixed Assets (Stand Alone), Marginal Costing, Taxation (GST), Insurance Reports and other financial ratios
Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
Ability to prepare balance sheet in coordination with external Chartered Accountant and support internal audit
GST Portal - GSTR 1 and GSTR 3B, TDS/TCS returns.
Ability to generate reports like PnL (ProfitnLoss), Income and expenses statement and Assets and Liability statement and others as per business needs
Good leadership and team management abilities.
Effective coordination and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Coordination with Sales & Service Teams :
Regularly communicate with the Sales and services Team for timely collection of sale
invoices, delivery challans, and other transaction-related documents. Verify and cross-check invoice details against stock records and dispatch registers. Ensure all finance transactions and direct sale transactions are
recorded accurately. Coordinate with the Service Department for service billing, warranty claims,
and spares sale entries.
Accounts Management & Team Supervision : Lead and supervise the Accounts Team to maintain day-to-day accounting
entries in Tally or relevant accounting software. Guide the team in handling:
Cash and bank entries
Purchase and sales entries
Payment and receipt vouchers
Journal entries, debit and credit notes
Inventory accounting for products, spares.
Ensure daily cash book and bank reconciliation is maintained and closed accurately.
Conduct periodic review and verification of ledger balances, stock registers, and debtor/creditor statements.
Statutory Compliance & Coordination with CA
· Ensure that monthly and quarterly data gets prepared and compiled for:
o GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9)
o TDS payments and returns
o Professional Tax
o Payroll Compliance like PF, PT, ESIC of roll and as well as contract employees
o Income Tax advance tax schedules
Coordinate with the external Chartered Accountant for submission of statutory returns, audits, and financial statement preparation. Assist in preparing data and schedules required for:
o Annual audits
o Stock audits by financiers
Reporting & MIS
· Ensure that regular reports to management gets submitted , including:
o Daily cash and bank position
o Sales summary reports
o Stock position of products and spares
o Debtors and creditors outstanding reports
o Month-end P&L and Balance Sheet summaries
· Highlight variances, if any, and suggest corrective actions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
