Position: Accounts Manager

Job description
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of accountants, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payables, including invoice verification, vendor payments, and reconciliation.
Oversee accounts receivables, including monitoring customer payments, managing collections, and resolving outstanding payment issues.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including GST, TDS, and other applicable laws.
Perform bank reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Coordinate with the Head Office on a daily basis, providing updates on financial activities and addressing any queries or concerns.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Generate timely MIS reports, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.
Utilize Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel proficiently to perform accounting tasks, data analysis, and generate reports.
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of accounting operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional certification such as CA, CMA, or ACCA is highly desirable.
Proven work experience as an Accounts Manager or in a similar managerial role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.
Hands-on experience with Tally ERP and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Sound understanding of GST, TDS, and other relevant statutory compliances.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
