Role - Manager : Account & Finance

Job Description -
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
(month and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity)
Revenue data updation monthly or as and when required
TDS - Monthly review of TDS ledgers for accuracy and completeness.
Sharing of data with Consultants and follow-up for regular return filing
Salary Tax Computation (New Joined, Revision of Payroll, As per declaration submission)
GST, invoice verification and follow-up, Monthly Reconciliation of GSTR 1, 3B, and 2A with books sharing of data with GST consultant. Follow-up with a consultant for completeness of returns
PF:- Review Deduction, payment & compliances
ESIC:- Review Deduction, payment & compliances
PT:- Review Deduction, payment & compliances monthly/annually
Ledger Scrutiny for the correctness of recording (state wise/cost centre wise)
Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and closing entries.
Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely fashion
Assist in auditing, due diligence, and other activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentation
Relevant compliances of subsidiary/ associate companies as regards GST & TDS
Payment processing by reviewing invoices and agreements as per schedules
Co-ordination with the banks for accounts-related activities
Maintaining cheque receipts & deposits
Cash flow reporting as and when required
Liasion with Company secretary for documentation and filings related for ROC/RBI/Allotment of shares etc compliances.
Prepare data for DPT3, and MSME filing and share with company secretary
Foreign remittance - tax holding documentation and payment processing with appropriate tax deduction
