· MINIMUM GRADUATE· FLUENCY IN ENGLISH IS MUST· THE ABILITY TO WORK WELL IN A TEAM· BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF COMPUTER· SHARP COMMUNICATION SKILLS· EXPERIENCE IN SAME INDUSTRY WILL BE PREFERRED· FRESHER’S CAN ALSO APPLY· IELTS/PTE APPERED CANDIDATES WILL BE PREFERRED
ASST.MANAGER-OPERATIONS
MINIMUM GRADUATE BUT PG/MASTER WILL BE PREFERREDFLUENCY IN ENGLISH IS MUSTMUST HAVE TEAM LEADING SKILLSABILITY TO WORK WELL IN A TEAM AS A TEAM LEADERGOOD KNOWLEDGE OF COMPUTEREXPERIENCE IN SAME INDUSTRY WILL BE PREFERREDKEEP AN UP TO DATE KNOWLEDGE OF ALL VISA REQUIREMENTS.PROVIDE CONSULTATION TO CLIENTS ON VISA PROCESSING REQUIREMENTS.COORDINATE WITH EMBASSIES / CONSULATES / VISA PROCESSING CENTERS.BUILD AND MAINTAIN APPROPRIATE RELATIONSHIPS.PREPARE DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR VISA APPLICATION.PROCESS VISA APPLICATIONS ONLINE.TIMELY AND ERROR FREE SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS.DAILY REPORTING OF ALL ACTIVITIESCOORDINATING WITH UNIVERSITIES & INSTITUTES DELEGATE'SRESPONSIBLE FOR SUGGESTING COURSE ACCORDING TO THE STUDENT'S PROFILEKEEPING A CHECK ON AUTHENTICATION OF DOCUMENTS PROVIDEDPROCESSING OF APPLICATION'S INTO VARIOUS UNIVERSITIES & INSTITUTES AS PER THE STUDENT'S PROFILE OR COURSE SUGGESTEDREVERTING TO QUERIES ON A DAILY BASIS TO ASSOCIATES & DIRECT CLIENT, FULL LETTER FOLLOW UP'S, PAYMENTS RELATED QUERIES ETC.ASSISTING STUDENT'S FOR DOCUMENTATION, VISA APPLICATIONSUGGESTION ON FILLING VISA' S ONLINE OR OFFLINERESULT ORIENTED WITH CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

Petty Cash HandlingTransport Payment, Expense Booking, Vendor payment through RTGSService Tax payment, Monthly TDS workingPF/ESIC/PT payments, Ledger ScrutinyDebtors ReconciliationCash Flow statement
What We Need from you
Managing the Balance Sheet effectively.Candidate should have 2-3 years’ experience with in same industryExcellent Knowledge of Accounts Must.Experience in managing relevant Accounts Software, Sheets & Books etc.Solid understanding of Accounts related concerns, All Taxes (GST) etc.Excellent skills of maintaining the Ledger & Accounts Books.Knowledge of routine Banking Tasks is Must.
MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY:
MiNM.BACHELOR'S DEGREE OR EQUIVALENT PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE.FRESHR'S can aslo apply.
