Daily Tasks
• Reviewing and approving all invoices and check requests, including researching and resolving rejected invoices
• Managing the approval process for check requests and payments
• Print checks and prepare them for mailing
• Responding to vendor requests for payment details
• Reconcile bank accounts for month ends
• Maintaining the Fixed Asset register
• Providing Certificates of Insurance
• Maintaining weekly and monthly schedules of payables
Project Details
