Designation: Accountant
CTC: 20,000 - 35,000p.m.In Hand
Experience: 2/3 years above
Job Timing – 11am to 8pm
Location – Powai
Days of working – Mon to sat (2nd & 4th Sat will be off)
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Obtain proper information and data regarding invoice payments
· Assemble invoices to be completed for payment
· Verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records, and provide other clerical support
· Type periodic reports and other records
· Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for files
· Prepare vouchers listing invoice number, date, vendor address, item description, amounts
· Preparing/ Submission of monthly Bank Reconciliation (all bank accounts)
· Petty cash management and cash reconciliation
· Processing of Vendors payments and Reimbursements and checking accounting entries for the same.
· TDS calculations and payments
· Mange income tax return filling.
· Manage GST registration & Return filing.
- RTGS form filing
