Utilize Microsoft Excel to generate reports, analyze data, and present financial information
Regularly update and maintain customer records to provide accurate and up-to-date information
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Monitor customer accounts regularly and take necessary actions based on account status
Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency
Ensure all financial transactions and processes comply with company policies and regulations
