ABOUT THE ROLE

Havas Australia is looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our Finance team. Your role will be to ensure efficient and accurate accounts payable processing across our creative agencies. You will be the point of contact for the AP team and will work towards creating processes that improve efficiencies within the AP function.
The role will suit someone with 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable who is looking to step up from an AP Assistant role (or similar) into a more senior position. You’ll have high accuracy and attention to detail and enjoy working in a global agency environment. Ideally, you’ll have experience within a large global business, but this is not mandatory.

This is a full‑time role with hybrid working arrangements — three days per week in our head office in The Rocks and two days working from home.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Data entry of invoices
Reconciliation of supplier statements
Weekly payment runs via EFT (or as required depending on due dates)
Check, code and pay staff expenses via Concur
Uber Business management and credit card purchases – management, reconciliation and fortnightly payments
Intercompany payments
Respond to supplier phone calls or email enquiries
Respond to staff enquiries
Maintaining the supplier database
Assisting in the management of live accounts
Assist in talent invoice processing
Coding of house invoices
