About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our supportive Finance team and play a key role in our end‑to‑end accounts payable function.

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Leader, you will be responsible for accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments and refunds, with a strong focus on quality, collaboration and service.

Key responsibilities include:

End‑to‑end processing of supplier invoices and staff expenses
Invoice coding, approvals and workflow management in Oracle Fusion AP
Preparing invoice, staff expense and refund payment runs
Supplier onboarding and responding to AP enquiries
Reconciliations, resolving discrepancies and statement reviews
Supporting month‑end, year‑end and audit processes
About you

You are detail‑oriented, organised and comfortable working to deadlines in a medium‑to‑high‑volume AP environment. You bring:

Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role , ideally end‑to‑end
Hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion Payables (essential)
Familiarity with AP workflows, non‑PO invoices and GST treatment
Strong data entry accuracy and reconciliation skills
A collaborative, customer‑focused approach and positive mindset
