About The Opportunity
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the Accounts Payable Officer’s role is responsible for coordinating the purchasing cycle, matching supplier invoices, reconciling credit card statements, reconciling accounts, and preparing batch payments.
Based in our Perth CBD office, your key responsibilities will include:
Raising and distributing finance-approved purchase orders for payment.
Reconciling multiple corporate and individual credit card purchases / statements and processing payments.
Processing and payment of employee expense claims and cash advances.
Distributing petty cash and maintaining and reconciling the petty cash register.
Reconciling supplier creditor statements and resolving discrepancies.
About You
Key skills, experience, and qualifications:
Great attention to detail.
Previous experience in an Account's Payable role or similar.
Proficient in the use of the MS Office suite, including Excel to an intermediate level.
Exposure to NetSuite would be a nice to have.
