Responsibilities:
• Match vendor invoices with purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
• Code and post invoices using dual accounting systems.
• Maintain organized vendor records for easy access and reference.
• Reconcile various payable accounts.
• Fulfill additional duties as required to support team objectives.

Qualifications:
• Previous Accounts Payable required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and adept at data entry.
• Familiarity with office procedures (filing, scanning, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize assignments, multi-task, adapt to changes in daily tasks when necessary.
• Self-motivated & excellent time management skills.
• Team player a must!
