Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Receivable Accountant at Innosolv Pro in Bengaluru.

Key responsibilities

•Prepare and maintain documentation to support JEs and reconciliations in line with GAAP and company policies.

•Manage billing, manual invoicing, and credit memos on QuickBase.

•Perform balance sheet reconciliations for AR-related GL accounts across regions.

•Work on High Radius and other systems ensuring strong system process orientation and an eye for automation opportunities

•Identify risks, maintain robust interna controls and drive process improvements.

•Participate in cross-training and support other areas during peak periods.

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance preferred, with 2-4 years of GL experience.

•Strong Excel skills; Oracle R12 experience mandatory.

•Familiarity with Blackline, Quickbase, QlikSense, Google Workspace is a plus.

•Excellent organization, communication, analytical and customer service skills.

•Experience working with International teams is preferred

•Ability to manage high volumes
