Accounts Receivable Accountant
Qualifications
Two or more years experience in accounting, preferably with experience in AR with multiple locations
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience
Strong computer technical skills, including MS Excel
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Works well in a Team environment
This is largely a sedentary role; however, you must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time as the job dictates

• Daily posting of hotel accounts receivable deposits
• Monthly reconciliation of AR Balance Sheet accounts
• Train hotel management on AR subsidiary ledger deposit posting procedures
• Research AR posting/report variances and work with hotel management to resolve
• Set up vendor AR related electronic payments
What are the requirements for this position?
• Two or more years experience in accounting, preferably with experience in AR with multiple locations
• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience
• Strong computer technical skills, including MS Excel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Works well in a Team environment
• Experience with a multi-state, multi-unit environment a plus
• Experience with Sage Intact a plus
