Your new role
As the Accounts Receivable Clerk, you'll be responsible for processing customer payments, reconciling accounts, handling queries, and managing credit notes. You'll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accounts are accurate and up to date. This full-time role also includes generating audit reports, investigating discrepancies, and providing backup support to the Credit Controller.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
At least 1 year of experience in a bookkeeping or accounts environment.
Strong reconciliation and numeracy skills with great attention to detail.
Good problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Solid organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
