Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Receivable Executive located in Lucknow. The Accounts Receivable Executive will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing hotel billing, following up on outstanding payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accuracy in financial records. The role requires effective communication with clients and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and support financial reporting. The Accounts Receivable Executive will ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures, and contribute to monthly closing activities.
Qualifications
• Experience in managing Accounts Receivable, billing, and payments
• Strong reconciliation skills and accuracy in financial record-keeping
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
• Opera experience mandate.
