Job Description
1.Managing day-to-day Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including generating and recording invoices, internal financial controls around AR, maintaining relevant general ledgers in accounting software, inventory reconciliation and preparing monthly MIS
2.Performing regular reconciliations of collections with bank statements, payment gateways, delivery partners and CRM system
3.Entering all relevant details in accounting software accurately and in a timely manner
4.Assisting the finance team in preparing and filing of monthly, quarterly, annual GST returns, input register and all other relevant GST forms; coordinating with AP team and vendors on GST related aspects
5.Providing assistance in audit
6.Coordinating and collaborating with other departments within the organisation for AR related activities like ticket management, resolving discrepancies and providing clarifications
7.Supporting team members on other aspects of finance & accounts, internal reporting
8.Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies
