Mission of the Role
Timely Sales booking
Bank Receipts entries & adjustments.
Proper co-ordination with customers & other departments for timely details for allocation.
Monitoring customer account details for reconciliation of ledgers, balance confirmation non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
Preparing ageing reports and collection reports.
Maintaining accounts receivable customer files.
Resolving customer queries
Liasioning with customers to ensure prompt collection
Detailed Reconciliation of Customer TDS as per 26 AS

Process improvement
Effective maintain the internal procedure
Qualifications, Experience and Technical Skills
2 -3 years of total experience in the field of accounts receivable
Graduate or Post graduate in Commerce is essential
Any other degree or diploma in Finance and knowledge of ERP is desirable
Hands on knowledge and experience in TDS & GST is essential
