Full Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Ø Take care of collection.

Ø Monitor processing of invoices.

Ø Monitoring and Driving the collection plan.

Ø Working and Accounting of Discounts.

Ø Receivable Management- Review of collection with RSMs and follow-up for the collection.

Ø Handling Customer/Internal/External queries.

Ø Handling of Internal and External auditors in relates to accounts receivable activities.

Ø MIS and Reconciliation statements in receivables.

Key Result Area :

Ø Ensuring Timely & Error Free Accounting.

Ø Assist with Various audit relates to Accounts Receivable.

Ø Review & Reconciliation of Sales, Discount, Outstanding, etc.,

Ø Accounts Receivable Reporting.

Desired Profile

Ø Excel excellence and Knowledge in SAP & Tally.

Ø Language - Hindi Mandatory.

Ø Managed at least team of 5 staff.

Ø Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.

Ø Strong work ethic and drive and attention to details.

Ø Ability & willingness to adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment and with changing priorities.

Ø Very strong team player who is comfortable multi-tasking and works well under pressure.
