What’s on Offer?
As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you’ll be a vital part of our Finance team, for managing the complete accounts receivable cycle while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.
Key responsibilities include:
Proactively following up invoices and progress claims for payment, ensuring payment is received by due date
Frequently communicating with customers to resolve queries & account issues in a timely manner
Processing daily bank statements, allocating receipts/payments, and reconciling accounts
Completing banking and maintaining accurate accounts receivable records and reports
Assisting the Accounts team with general accounting & administrative duties
Delivering exceptional customer service to our internal and external stakeholders
Reviewing contract documentation for accuracy on final account
What You’ll Bring
Experience in a high volume Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role (experience in construction or a related field is a bonus).
Experience in delivering quality customer service, using initiative to manage difficult situations, and responding promptly and professionally to stakeholder needs.
Strong organisational and time management skills, able to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively.
Capable of developing and improving accounts receivable processes.
