Payments follow up with customers & salesperson via email, calls, also visiting clients for negotiating and setting up payment plans. ▪ Identifying customer payment problems and ensuring speedy resolutions. Posting prior notification letters to customers of accounts becoming due. ▪ Passing of bank receipts entries, JVs, Credit notes & Debit notes in system. (TOD Working/Special Discount Scheme/CD) ▪ Making monthly ageing reports for collection follow-up. ▪ Co-ordinate with sales team for billing issues, solving customer queries related to billing. ▪ Coordination with legal department for overdue customer that has gone beyond company policy. ▪ Clearing of open items. ▪ Achieving collection target. ▪ Obtaining balance confirmation from client half yearly & yearly. ▪ Debtor’s reconciliation & Handling audit quires. ▪ Settling for shortage / Damage material made by vendors at client end via CN / DN. Desired Candidate Profile • Accounts Receivable(Sr Executive) • Male candidate only • Will have late sitting till 8 pm • Bcom/mcom
