Accounts Semi Senior
As an Accounts Semi Senior, your key responsibilities will include:
Development and maintenance of strong relationships with your clients
Understand the nature of clients’ businesses and how they operate
Completion of accounts to a high standard in accordance with FRS 102 section 1A
Complete Personal Tax Returns for a portfolio of clients in conjunction with the completion of accounts
Preparation of VAT Returns
Meeting monthly planning targets
Requirements for the role
To thrive in this role, you’ll have prior experience working in a similar position within a qualified accountancy practice. You’ll be confident managing deadlines, have strong attention to detail, and be self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
We are looking for someone with solid Microsoft Excel skills and a good working knowledge of cloud-based accounting software. Experience with most of the following platforms is preferred; CCH Accounts, CCH Personal Tax, Sage, Xero and QuickBooks.
