Key Responsibilities:
Manage all routine operations of a CA office (Accounts, GST, TDS, ROC, Income Tax, etc.)
Oversee junior staff, delegate tasks, and ensure timely delivery
Communicate with clients and maintain professional relationships
Handle filing, documentation, and online submissions (GST, IT portal, etc.)
Prepare working papers and summaries for the CAs review
Maintain proper workflow and follow-up systems
Keep the CA updated with summaries but work independently
