Accounts Trainee |Male|

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our retail team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Statement Preparation:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement).

2. Financial Record-Keeping:

a. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

b. Bookkeeping:

Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and journal entries.

c. Accounts Payable:

Process vendor invoices, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely payments.

d. Accounts Receivable:

Manage customer accounts, process payments, and perform collection activities.

e. Financial Statement Preparation:

Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

3. Compliance:

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.

4. Financial Analysis:

Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

5. Internal Controls:

6. Knowledge of GST & Income tax will be an added advantage.

Maintain and enforce internal control procedures.

Eligibility:

1. B.Com/M.Com/MBA-Finance/ or equivalent

2. 0 to 1 yrs of experience in accounting, preferably in retail.

3. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally / Accountswell).

4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.

5. Analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Good communication and organizational skills.

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

8. Knowledge of building materials industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

• Day shift
